Read Across America Day is held every year on Dr. Seuss Birthday as a fun reminder for kids of the joys of reading. This year we’ll return to Van Ness Elementary, in person, to wear Seuss hats and read some of his classics to students from pre—school to 2nd grade. Research has shown that children that are motivated to read more do better in school. We support this for our community students and enlist employee volunteers to help create the magic found in story every year.
